Victor D. Romero is one of the founding partners of Santa Cruz Lending Group.  He has more than a decade of experience serving homeowners in Santa Cruz, Monterey and Santa Clara counties. Victor ranked in the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in America for 2018.  He also received national recognition earning the Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Award for 2019.

Victor graduated from UC Davis with a Managerial Economics Degree in Business.  He has continued his professional education with certifications in VA and FHA.  He is licensed with the BRE, DBO and NMLS.
